Our Project Delivery & Assurance team is designed to protect the investment our clients have made in their SAP solution. Whether it be a new implementation or technical conversion (or anything in between!), we deliver proactive assurance services that span the life of the client’s SAP journey to provide objective, independent advice regarding project performance.

Our approach leverages the experience gained from supporting clients across several industries and ensures the lessons learned from these experiences are applied for their benefit. Importantly, we partner with our clients to provide informed, nuanced advice in all facets of project decision-making, reducing the reliance on traditional ‘stage gate’ assurance models which provide a ‘rear-view’ mirror lens only to the delivery of assurance services.

As part of proactive assurance services, we consider fundamental aspects such as:

• The SAP ‘Activate’ methodology – are we performing the activities as required for the adopted migration approach?
• Are roles and responsibilities clearly defined for all project stakeholders and is there alignment to established contractual arrangements?
• Are these roles and responsibilities clearly articulated through a comprehensive RACI?
• Are deliverables fit for purpose, meeting the needs of the organisation and enabling the successful completion of follow-on activities?
