Modern SAP transformation programmes are becoming increasingly process-centric. With the introduction of the integrated Tool Chain (LeanIX, Cloud ALM & Signavio), a set of application tools that support SAP transformations with a process first approach, clients are recognising the importance and value that processes have with managing the SAP transformation journey. Fit-To-Standard and Fit-To-Gap workshops, detailed design, project management and importantly, defining the test procedures and role-based security definitions, are now more easily managed with the capabilities of the integrated Tool Chain.

Additionally, we explore a client’s existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation and to achieve better alignment with the to-be state. This will form the foundation for the business case and the baseline for the Fit-To-Standard workshops. As a result, identifying and capturing a client's process is a critical activity that lives throughout the SAP migration.

From mapping as-is workflows to identifying automation and optimisation opportunities, your work will drive real, measurable impact.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues covering service lines as varied as commercial and contract financial analysis; detailed analysis and strategy development for digital and SAP business transformations; project and programme management governance advisory activities; and workshops and presentations at all levels of engagements.

As a motivated, intelligent graduate with a committed, can-do attitude, you’ll quickly build hands-on experience in process mining, journey mapping, and value stream analysis. You’ll leverage your communication and relationship-building skills with key clients who will be impressed by your documentation and presentation skills.

You will be exposed to 'C' level management on an ongoing basis beyond what is commonly available in comparable firms. We do not engage in large, long-term, multi-consultant projects where consultants can be lost in the revenue machine.
