Reports To

The position will report to the Practice Leader – Process Value Mining for direction, supervision, management, performance management and to ensure alignment with the defined methodology, standards, processes, and tools.

Purpose and Scope of Position

This exciting opportunity in our Process Value Mining Practice is seeking a technical consultant with existing development, and SQL skills to transition to the best of breed Celonis application assisting Libertas' clients to achieve process excellence.

The role requires the candidate to work as part of a consulting team to technically implement Celonis for our clients using the full capacity of the Celonis application product suite (  The role will involve working from our Brisbane office, on client sites in South-East Queensland and remote work from home. All induction requirements, and application specific training will be provided, including comprehensive Celonis application training.

The position will provide first hand exposure to the emerging unicorn technology relating to process mining (Celonis), artificial intelligence, and process automation from a technical perspective.

The role will include but not be limited to...

  • The role will cover all aspects of technical pre-sales support, project delivery, technical support, and R&D,
  • Analysis, evaluation, design, build and test of all technical aspects of the Celonis product suite,
  • Work with ERP Functional Consultants and dedicated business resources to ensure fully functional deployments meet Libertas’ client requirements,
  • Preparation and documentation of key project and support deliverables

The ideal candidate will have/be...

  • Australian Citizenship,
  • Brisbane based,
  • Process mining experience (ideally Celonis or another tool),
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) ideally in Information Technology or Computer Science,
  • Three+ years’ experience in an ERP development or project development environment,
  • Background in application development (e.g. SAP ABAP Development, SQL, HTML),
  • Strong analytical, technical (programming) and problem solving skills,
  • Be a people person, self motivated and keen to learn and grow,
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Optional/ Desirable skills & experience

  • SAP or database experience (ABAP, Functional or HANA),
  • Experience in any of the key ERP processes of Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales and/or Financial Operations,
  • Machine Learning / AI (specifically Jupyter notebooks and Python),
  • Other ERP (Oracle, MS Dynamics, Salesforce),
  • BI tools - Power BI or other.
