SAP Program Advisory

Challenge
A Local Government organisation lacked experience in managing the delivery of a multi-vendor, multi delivery-horizon, ‘greenfield’ SAP S/4 HANA implementation. Senior stakeholders within the client organisation required improved transparency in delivery progress and to establish greater control of program outcomes.
Outcome
Libertas were engaged as a strategic program advisory partner to support the Program Executive and other senior stakeholders during planning and delivery stages. Libertas provided independent advice on program performance, developing insights into better practice delivery methodology application, and supporting risk management of the program.

SAP Project Delivery

Challenge
A leading clinical diagnostics services provider embarked on a multi-year Global Platform Migration (GPM) project, requiring an enhanced ‘client-side’ project management capability to co-ordinate project delivery across their corporate structure (multiple geographic locations) and to oversee implementation by the Systems Integrator.
Outcome
Libertas deployed a small team of senior PMs and SAP specialists to embed within the client’s business as through-life support to the GPM project. This team designed and implemented program and project management governance structures and management processes to enhance client program leadership decision-making.

SAP Project Assurance

Challenge
An energy supplier was in a critical stage of implementing the SAP S/4 HANA public cloud solution and were entering a phase of delivery that required increased business involvement, decision-making and general oversight/direction. An understanding of high-risk areas to successful ‘go-live’ was needed prior to committing to a deployment decision.
Outcome
Libertas undertook an extensive review of project documentation including project plans, schedules, solution design artifacts, Project Change Requests (PCRs), decision briefs and status reports in conjunction with targeted stakeholder interviews to establish a comprehensive understanding of project performance and risk-profile of the upcoming deployment.
