Managing Director

Jeff has almost 30 years of experience helping customers operate more efficiently and effectively through the intelligent use of data and technology. Jeff has worked in numerous industries and has unique experience across most of the world's geographies, working in both start-up operations and large multinationals. His diverse experience and naturally inquisitive nature allow Jeff to look at technology problems with a fresh perspective. During his off days, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and kids at the beach before escaping with a glass of red wine and a good 90’s movie.

Andrew Whitebrook

Consulting Director

As Consulting Director Andrew takes responsibility for the delivery of all customer engagements. Having commenced his career with Accenture’s Strategy Consulting in the early 90s he holds a wealth of experience successfully assisting high profile clients with ERP strategy, implementation, optimisation and support both in ANZ and the UK. Andrew has previously held senior management and practice leadership positions with global consulting firms, including Accenture, KPMG and IBM. He is a highly motivated and experienced professional with an extensive SAP and process mining skillset. During his downtime, Andrew enjoys travelling the world, seeking out the cold snowy mountains on ski adventures with his family.

Stefan Szupper

Principal
Strategy & Sourcing

With over 26 years of SAP experience, Stefan has delivered large-scale programs across complex, multinational environments. He brings hands-on expertise across the full project lifecycle, with deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Signavio, and a range of SAP Cloud solutions. Stefan’s background includes roles as an SAP end-user, in operations, and in support, giving him a well-rounded perspective and the ability to engage at all organisational levels. He is known for mitigating risks, addressing concerns, and offering practical, actionable guidance throughout transformation programs. Originally from a landlocked country, Stefan now enjoys being near, on, or in the water – and tackling home improvement projects.

Tony Harris

Tony is an experienced project delivery and assurance professional, having supported clients from a range of industries in delivering complex programs of work across all stages of the project/program lifecycle. Tony has had a broad consulting career with a focus on project and program delivery, PMO design/operation and general transformation and commercial assurance roles. During his free time, Tony enjoys being involved with his two children’s sporting commitments.

Lauchlan Eddy

Principal
SAP Licence Advisory

Lauchlan has deep strategy development and execution experience. As an advisor across multiple industries, he assists organisations in understanding the value of technology modernisation. He has led Microsoft and SAP system integrator practices in the ANZ region and understands the challenges and risks in achieving successful modernisation. With his extensive experience as a sales executive in large software companies, including SAP, he knows the ‘ins and outs’ of how they operate, having been responsible for go-to-market planning, large deal pursuit strategy, commercial deal structuring, presales, and value engineering in various roles. Most of Lauchlan’s spare time is dedicated to supporting his children's sporting activities. He coaches junior AFL football, and in the summer months his weekends are fully immersed in coaching and enjoying cricket.

Mark McCullum

Process Modelling & Optimisation

Mark brings a market leading skill set supporting large scale transformation programs with focus expertise in process management. With a background in project management, process management, technology and business analytics, Mark draws upon his extensive experience to better support or lead projects and larger programs of work with confidence. Mark has significant experience within the government, banking, financial, health, publishing and energy sectors across NZ, UK and Australia. Mark spends his weekends both supporting and coaching the sporting teams his children belong to. As the warmer months of the year roll around and winter sports end, Mark enjoys getting away on 4wd adventures with his family.

Stef Baumann

Architect

With over 20 years in the SAP ecosystem, Stef brings global experience across Australia, Asia, and Europe. Combining a background as a business owner and consultant, he helps clients maximise value and reduce risk in their SAP investments. Stef specialises in SAP strategy, commercial advisory, and delivery, with strong expertise in S/4HANA roadmaps, business case development, and SAP RISE optimisation. He guides clients through complex transformations with a focus on practical, results-driven outcomes. Stef has worked with major organisations including BHP, Rio Tinto, AGL, and various public sector entities. Away from work, Stef enjoys cycling along Victoria’s coastline and recently took up kite surfing with his daughter.

Jeremy Nicholls

Jeremy brings extensive experience in international talent acquisition and business growth, combining a commercial, people-focused, and agile mindset. He rose to director level at a global UK-headquartered PLC before co-founding, scaling, and exiting recruitment businesses in London and Auckland. Jeremy’s expertise spans the full talent lifecycle - sourcing, hiring, training, retention, and team development. He has supported hundreds of organisations across industries to secure high-performing, well-aligned talent. His HR, recruitment, and leadership skills are shaped by years of close partnership with businesses and individuals to help them grow and succeed. Outside the office, Jeremy enjoys family time, triathlons, travelling, skiing, golf, tennis, Fantasy Premier League, and bridge.

Kathryn Fraser

Senior Manager

Kathryn brings extensive experience managing complex programs and projects, underpinned by a strong background in business analysis. She has delivered transformative initiatives across sectors and throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Her expertise in business analysis has supported major digital transformation programs through readiness planning, process alignment, and detailed requirements gathering. Kathryn is known for her collaborative style and structured approach, which ensure that change programs are delivered efficiently and achieve lasting results. Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys time at the beach with her kids and their energetic Australian Shepherd. Whether it’s a coastal walk or just soaking up the sunshine, it’s her favourite way to unwind and recharge.

Mark Gawen

Senior Manager

With over 20 years of experience in large-scale ERP transformations, Mark brings deep expertise in program and project management, as well as delivery assurance. He has worked across both the public and private sectors and has been exposed to the majority of systems integrators operating in the SAP S/4HANA implementation space.
Mark has built knowledge across a range of functional domains including Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Plant Maintenance. He applies critical thinking and a structured approach to help customers define and manage key elements such as implementation strategy, solution and business scope, quality assurance, and delivery governance. His goal is to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes, on time and within budget.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys watching his two sons play weekend sport and can often be found refereeing the occasional disagreement at home. When time allows, he proudly puts his culinary skills to work — serving up what’s widely regarded (by his boys and their patient mum) as the best spag bol ever.

Ron van Riet

Senior Manager

Ron brings substantial experience across consulting, business development, and program delivery, developed through senior roles at tier-one technology service providers including CSC (now DXC) and IBM. His expertise spans large-scale systems integration projects, particularly in SAP and infrastructure, with a strong focus on the industrial sector. He has successfully delivered programs using both waterfall and Agile methodologies and has overseen complex engagements with budgets exceeding $50 million. His experience also includes managing large global ERP support operations, often delivered through offshore teams based in India. Ron’s client portfolio includes organisations across mining, manufacturing, automotive, telecommunications, energy, and utilities. A well-rounded SAP generalist, he brings a practical and hands-on approach to every engagement. In his free time, Ron enjoys the vibrant energy of football (round ball!) matches, especially cheering on his son Antonie at A-League and NPL games. He loves the lifestyle in Black Rock — the beach, the breeze, and taking his boat out on the bay. A proud Dutchie, Ron stays closely connected to his roots by unwinding with Dutch TV, keeping up with life back home and enjoying a good laugh at familiar quirks.

Mark Cracknell

Senior Manager

Mark is a seasoned technology strategist with 15 years of experience helping organisations bridge the gap between business objectives and technological solutions. He has guided senior leadership teams through complex digital programs across a wide range of sectors, including insurance, defence, health, transport, utilities, government, and not-for-profit. He applies a collaborative and outcome-focused approach to align technology initiatives with strategic goals, ensuring programs deliver measurable value. Mark is known for his ability to connect business and technology teams and for communicating technical concepts in a clear and accessible way — qualities that have made him a trusted advisor in challenging environments. During his free time, Mark enjoys life at home with his wife, two kids, and two dogs. When he’s not spending time with family, you’ll often find him behind the wheel at race tracks around South East Queensland or relaxing on his gaming rig. An ex-developer, he also enjoys programming his home automation systems and trading energy on the wholesale market.

Andrew Kay

Manager

Andrew is an SAP Finance Architect and senior functional consultant with over 20 years of SAP experience. He began his SAP career with Deloitte Consulting in 1998, bringing together a background as a Business Analyst and Chartered Accountant. In addition to his SAP Finance expertise across analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and post-Go Live support, Andrew brings cross-application knowledge in SAP SD, MM, and Security. His end-to-end lifecycle experience spans RFT preparation, project planning, process modelling (including Signavio), fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, WRICEF specification development, build and testing, training delivery, data migration, and deployment planning. Andrew has worked with several major consultancies, including Deloitte, Accenture, TCS, HCL, and Wipro, and has delivered projects for some of Australia’s largest corporations, such as Woolworths, Rio Tinto, Santos, BHP, and Fairfax, as well as for Commonwealth, State, and Local Government agencies.

Mindy Nagra

Mindy is a business process improvement specialist with over 20 years of experience delivering tailored solutions that simplify complex operational environments. She has successfully supported a diverse range of clients across industries including Oil & Gas, Airlines, Higher Education, Construction, Finance, and Lotteries. With a Master of Information Technology (Enterprise Systems) and a Bachelor of Management (Honours), she also holds Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Mindy brings deep expertise in SAP Signavio, Robotic Process Automation, and enterprise-wide process optimisation. She has led large-scale automation initiatives throughout her career, consistently delivering measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies. Her results-driven approach aligns business objectives with strategic technology solutions, helping organisations maximise the value of existing resources and technology investments while building sustainable process excellence. When Mindy isn't exploring the world, she enjoys travelling and immersing herself in new cultures. Closer to home, she spends her time crocheting, reading, and giving back to the community through volunteer work.

Didier Verloppe

Didier has extensive experience in business transformation with SAP S/4HANA, supporting clients across multiple industries and regions from 'Phase Zero' through to BAU support. His blend of consultancy, cross-functional SAP knowledge, and technical skills has contributed to the successful deployment of numerous global S/4HANA transformation programs. His industry experience spans financial services, mining, consumer products, and energy and utilities, where he has consistently delivered outcomes that align technology capabilities with business needs. During Didier's free time, he loves being outdoors — hiking, cycling, swimming, and running — and loves discovering new locations around Australia.

Bronwyn Bird

Her career spans both consulting and industry roles, where she has led major programs, managed cutover and change activities, and delivered quality outcomes for clients. With a deep understanding of business and technology drivers, Bronwyn brings a practical perspective to the organisational impacts of transformation. Bronwyn is recognised for her collaborative approach, strong leadership, and commitment to delivering successful outcomes in complex environments. Bill is a strategic advisor specialising in SAP S/4HANA transformation planning. His expertise includes scope and roadmap definition, business case development, pre-migration planning, and delivery assurance—helping clients make informed decisions and avoid costly missteps during implementation. With a background in complex capital-intensive industries, Bill brings a commercial mindset to SAP transformation. He supports clients in aligning investment with strategic goals, identifying value levers, and mitigating risk early in the program lifecycle. Bill has advised on major transformation initiatives across mining, utilities, and public sector environments, combining analytical rigour with deep ERP domain knowledge.
