Jeff has almost 30 years of experience helping customers operate more efficiently and effectively through the intelligent use of data and technology. Jeff has worked in numerous industries and has unique experience across most of the world's geographies, working in both start-up operations and large multinationals. His diverse experience and naturally inquisitive nature allow Jeff to look at technology problems with a fresh perspective. During his off days, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and kids at the beach before escaping with a glass of red wine and a good 90’s movie.

As Consulting Director Andrew takes responsibility for the delivery of all customer engagements. Having commenced his career with Accenture’s Strategy Consulting in the early 90s he holds a wealth of experience successfully assisting high profile clients with ERP strategy, implementation, optimisation and support both in ANZ and the UK. Andrew has previously held senior management and practice leadership positions with global consulting firms, including Accenture, KPMG and IBM. He is a highly motivated and experienced professional with an extensive SAP and process mining skillset. During his downtime, Andrew enjoys travelling the world, seeking out the cold snowy mountains on ski adventures with his family.

Stefan Szupper

With over 26 years of SAP experience, Stefan has delivered large-scale programs across complex, multinational environments. He brings hands-on expertise across the full project lifecycle, with deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Signavio, and a range of SAP Cloud solutions. Stefan’s background includes roles as an SAP end-user, in operations, and in support, giving him a well-rounded perspective and the ability to engage at all organisational levels. He is known for mitigating risks, addressing concerns, and offering practical, actionable guidance throughout transformation programs. Originally from a landlocked country, Stefan now enjoys being near, on, or in the water – and tackling home improvement projects.

Tony is an experienced project delivery and assurance professional, having supported clients from a range of industries in delivering complex programs of work across all stages of the project/program lifecycle. Tony has had a broad consulting career with a focus on project and program delivery, PMO design/operation and general transformation and commercial assurance roles. During his free time, Tony enjoys being involved with his two children’s sporting commitments.

Lauchlan has deep strategy development and execution experience. As an advisor across multiple industries, he assists organisations in understanding the value of technology modernisation. He has led Microsoft and SAP system integrator practices in the ANZ region and understands the challenges and risks in achieving successful modernisation. With his extensive experience as a sales executive in large software companies, including SAP, he knows the ‘ins and outs’ of how they operate, having been responsible for go-to-market planning, large deal pursuit strategy, commercial deal structuring, presales, and value engineering in various roles. Most of Lauchlan’s spare time is dedicated to supporting his children's sporting activities. He coaches junior AFL football, and in the summer months his weekends are fully immersed in coaching and enjoying cricket.

Mark brings a market leading skill set supporting large scale transformation programs with focus expertise in process management. With a background in project management, process management, technology and business analytics, Mark draws upon his extensive experience to better support or lead projects and larger programs of work with confidence. Mark has significant experience within the government, banking, financial, health, publishing and energy sectors across NZ, UK and Australia. Mark spends his weekends both supporting and coaching the sporting teams his children belong to. As the warmer months of the year roll around and winter sports end, Mark enjoys getting away on 4wd adventures with his family.

With over 20 years in the SAP ecosystem, Stef brings global experience across Australia, Asia, and Europe. Combining a background as a business owner and consultant, he helps clients maximise value and reduce risk in their SAP investments. Stef specialises in SAP strategy, commercial advisory, and delivery, with strong expertise in S/4HANA roadmaps, business case development, and SAP RISE optimisation. He guides clients through complex transformations with a focus on practical, results-driven outcomes. Stef has worked with major organisations including BHP, Rio Tinto, AGL, and various public sector entities. Away from work, Stef enjoys cycling along Victoria’s coastline and recently took up kite surfing with his daughter.

He rose to director level at a global UK-headquartered PLC before co-founding, scaling, and exiting recruitment businesses in London and Auckland. Jeremy’s expertise spans the full talent lifecycle - sourcing, hiring, training, retention, and team development. He has supported hundreds of organisations across industries to secure high-performing, well-aligned talent. His HR, recruitment, and leadership skills are shaped by years of close partnership with businesses and individuals to help them grow and succeed. Outside the office, Jeremy enjoys family time, triathlons, travelling, skiing, golf, tennis, Fantasy Premier League, and bridge.
