Programme Procurement

Challenge
Large NZ food manufacturer required financial clarity and risk reduction on all aspects of the planned SAP S/4HANA engagement after the business case escalated beyond available budget.
Outcome
Libertas undertook a commercial assessment and negotiation for software, infrastructure and SI services. Resulted in renegotiated software BoM, SI vendor contracts and a revised deployment model to adopt Hyperscaler infrastructure in place of HEC gaining substantial financial advantage.

Challenge
One of Queensland’s largest utility companies embarked on a Digital Transformation encompassing SAP S/4HANA provisioned on Hyperscaler infrastructure.
Outcome
Libertas was engaged at programme inception to define and develop the business case, in addition to outlining the delivery roadmap and approach applicable to the highly regulated environment. The team successfully governed all procurement activities and negotiations for each of SAP licence construct, Hyperscaler and SI partner.

Challenge
Queensland government owned energy provider had embarked on a comprehensive S/4 transformation programme. Existing and planned SAP licence purchases were not aligned to the programme’s direction nor were they commercially efficient.
